Adjectives

Adjectives are describing words. They describe nouns and make sentences much more interesting. You probably use English adjectives all the time!

e.g. "Ich wohne in einem Dorf" (I live in a village)
is a perfectly correct statement but...

"Ich wohne in einem kleinen hübschen Dorf" (I live in a small, pretty village)
is much more interesting.

Try to include lots of adjectives in your coursework and speaking exam.
