Star Evolution

The most important factor in the evolution of a star is its mass.

A star of the about the same mass as the Sun will evolve in a different way to a star ten times more massive than the Sun.

And a star 100 times more massive than the Sun will evolve in a different way to a star ten times more massive than the Sun.

Remember this for when we return to this topic later.
